Family Roots

Field Services Unlimited (FSU) was founded in 1992 by Sue and Bob Shalley. Bob’s experience in architecture, engineering, and construction, combined with his passion for travel, led to FSU’s creation. Initially, FSU offered nationwide field evaluations, light-level readings, and punch list services for construction projects. Over the past three decades, their service offerings evolved to meet the needs of their clients and now include 2d As-Built Survey, 3D Matterport/BIM, Site Survey Reports, Due Diligence and Permit Research, ADA Compliance Surveys and Drone Surveys. The team continues to utilize the most advanced technology, keeping FSU at the forefront of the industry.

FSU’s dedication to these technological advances, quality work, and strong customer relationships fueled its growth, earning it trust among Fortune 500 companies and many notable clients. FSU’s nationwide reach and commitment solidified its position as a leading provider of architectural and facility field work.
