The most comprehensive option includes the field assessment deliverables plus a complete Remediation Action Plan with assigned owners, priority levels, target completion dates, compliance scoring, and an Executive Summary ready for leadership and risk management. The plan includes:
Compliance percentage with risk level designation (Low / Medium / High)
Priority flags per deficiency — Life Safety items auto-flagged High regardless of overall score
