FSU surveyors assess 90+ compliance points across your portfolio using a standardized survey based off of federal OSHA standards. Each finding feeds into a remediation plan developed with our EHS partner and carried out by Vision Infrastructure Solutions, which covers everything from life-safety corrections to vertical transport repairs. All other repairs are routed to your preferred maintenance provider.
How It Works
Independent FSU Survey
Every preparedness survey is conducted by an independent FSU surveyor — not store staff or internal personnel. Utilizing a third-party surveyor reduces bias, ensures consistency across locations, and delivers actionable findings to help you prepare for unexpected regulatory review.
Corrective Action Planning
Survey findings go directly to our EHS partner, who develops a prioritized corrective action plan for each location. Risk management receives a complete submission package within 10 business days of the inspection.
Remediation Execution
Approved remediation work is assigned for field execution through Vision Infrastructure Solutions for life-safety and vertical transport corrections, or through your preferred maintenance provider for all other repairs, helping to close deficiencies through a coordinated, end-to-end solution.
Additional Features
Photo Documentation Log — Every non-compliant item is documented with a timestamped photo filed by store number, creating an audit trail for risk management and legal review.
Deficiency Log & Corrective Action Plan — Each NO response generates a tracked line item with responsible party, required corrective action, and target completion date.
Compliance Rating Scale — Locations are automatically scored and classified as Compliant, Needs Attention, or Non-Compliant, with defined re-inspection timelines and escalation thresholds.
