Field Services Unlimited is pleased to welcome Nikki Schumann as its new 2D Manager. Nikki brings more than 14 years of architectural experience, and most recently has served as Director of Operations at Parallel Architectural Group. With a focus on precision, communication, and process improvement, she spent the past eight years overseeing project management and operations for the firm’s diverse architectural and field-based projects.

As FSU continues to scale its national survey programs, Nikki’s leadership will play a key role in strengthening processes and supporting team growth.

Nikki is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to build structure, efficiency, and trust within teams. She thrives on mentoring others, streamlining workflows, and creating an environment where people feel supported and empowered to deliver their best. Her strong client-communication skills and commitment to quality align directly with FSU’s standards for accuracy, transparency, and reliability.

Nikki’s passion for design and technical accuracy began in high school and was further shaped at Brookdale Community College, helping form the foundation of her career: creativity, clarity, and a commitment to excellent work.
